Everything a job site needs. Nothing an office doesn't.
Built around how a trades business actually runs its week, without the clutter of an office tool.
Projects
Track every job and all non-project work in one place, for a holistic view of what's needed to get the job done.
Roster
Plan the week ahead, or simply watch the whole crew's shifts complete in real time. Managers see the entire team; workers see their own schedule.
Clock In/Out
GPS location and a photo on every clock in and out for tamper-evident attendance. Or, if the feature isn't switched on, workers can enter their own hours manually.
Invoicing
Workers paid by invoice can generate them straight from the platform, built from their approved hours, which cuts manual errors and keeps every figure accurate.
Reporting
Track costs, revenue and profitability project by project, with job cards, stage tracking and status derived automatically from quote to complete.
Activities & Approvals
Timesheets and expenses land the moment a shift ends. Log and approve them in real time, right from the roster.

Real trades. Real problems. Real fixes.
Tap a story to see how they turned it around.
Built on site, not in an office.
Stories like these are exactly why Wodo exists. Because before building it, our founder lived those same problems himself.
He spent over two decades in digital, managing projects, building products, and untangling complexity for some of Australia's biggest organisations. Then he swapped the laptop for the tools. That's where he saw it: crews run on memory, texts and goodwill, costs nobody could pin down, and paperwork stealing hours from the actual work. Skills from one world, exactly what the other was missing.
So he built Wodo, also known as Wɔdɔ in its original form, in Sydney, Australia, and tested it where it matters, on site, on real jobs, with dusty hands. Every feature earned its place in the field before it earned a place in the app.
The same project management discipline that runs digital teams sits under the bonnet of this platform. It would work just as well for an office project, but it was never built for one. Every decision was made for trades.
Wodo exists to make the daily running of a trades business easier, so your energy goes where it belongs: the real work.
Costs You Can't See
Material costs weren't tracked systematically, so the owner had to reconcile card statements after each job just to work out what it actually cost.
Every Cost, Tracked
Materials are logged against the job as they're bought, so the real cost is known before the job even wraps up.
One Text Away From a Mistake
Job details lived in texts and memory, not a shared schedule, so site addresses and last-minute changes were easy to miss.
Everyone On the Same Page
Roster and Job Cards put the schedule and site details in one place, so nothing depends on a text landing at the right time.
A Payroll Risk in Waiting
Hours were tracked informally, fine for a small team, but a growing risk for payroll errors and compliance as the team grows.
Payroll You Can Trust
Flexible timesheets get approved in one place, so hours are accurate without anyone having to chase them down.
Guessing at Every Job's Profit
There was no way to tell which jobs were actually making money, just a feeling, not a figure.
Profit, Proven Per Job
Revenue, costs, including overheads, and profit are visible per job in real time, replacing the guesswork with an actual number.
